Project Manager - Product Evolution Team

The Project Manager is at the heart of our team dedicated to product evolution at Mirego: Team EVO. This team is crucial to our goal of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers. In concrete terms, it is a team dedicated to the evolution of the digital products we have built over the years so that they can always be better! 

As a Project Manager in this team, you will play the role of a conductor, by preparing and realizing different projects. Daily, you will collaborate with our clients, but also with the developers and quality assurance specialists of Mirego. Your mission is to maximize the team’s efficiency in carrying out projects. You are always in solution mode and know how to get your team to deliver exceptional products.  
 RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate the evaluation and preparation of various projects.
  • Follow up on the progress of the different projects within the production team.
  • Maintain client relations concerning the evolution of the various products from the beginning to the end of the mandate.
  • Act as a support and advisor to the development team and facilitate various meetings
  • Coordinate, facilitate and document retrospectives to extract key learnings and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the follow-up of the budget and deadlines with the various projects in progress.
  • Promote quality deliveries by creating winning conditions for the success of team members.
  • Build and update the follow-up schedule for all ongoing projects.

  • Discipline in following up on deadlines and budgets.
  • Customer care, always looking to deliver the best results for those you work with.
  • Proactivity, you can take quick action when you see an issue.
  • Know how to determine and follow your priorities.
  • Not afraid to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Experience working with a remote team is definitely an asset.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
